Will my warranty remain intact if Euro Auto Repairs services my car?

Yes - your warranty will stay intact as we would use genuine service parts.

Do you service and repair non-European cars?

Yes - Whilst we specialise in European vehicles, Euro Auto Repairs has experience of and is able to service and repair all makes and models.

Do you offer a pick up and drop off service?

Euro Auto Repairs are able to pick up and drop off your car depending on distance and time frame.

I have a warning light on my dashboard, what should I do?

Phone us and tell us which warning light it is.

A red warning light (often with an audible warning) indicates a safety/critical fault and you should not drive the vehicle until you have spoken with us. We can tell you what to do next.

A yellow/amber light indicates a potential problem with one of the electronic systems in the vehicle - this is often a sensor fault. These are not usually safety/critical faults and you should be able drive the vehicle, though it is not advised that you leave it long with an amber warning light before seeking to have the fault (or sensor) fixed.. Please contact us so that we can help you with what to do next.

In either case we would need to carry out a full diagnostic test to identify the reason for the warning light and to rectify the issue.

Can you carry out diagnostic testing and repairs?

Yes - we have a fully equipped workshop with the latest diagnostic and repair tools. With our specialist experience in diagnostic software and computerised analysis, we can offer you a first class service in this area.

I have lost my key. Can you get me a replacement and program it to work for my car?

Yes - replacing car keys can be an expensive and time-consuming problem… but not for us. We have all the tools and programs needed to replace that lost key and at a price much more affordable than that charged by the main dealerships.

Do you have a courtesy car?

Sorry, we currently cannot provide you with a courtesy car. However, we can pick up your vehicle from your home, or work address, and return it to you after the service or repairs (dependent on distance from our workshop). Alternatively, if you drop the vehicle into our workshop, we can give you a ride home, or to work (again, dependent on distance from our workshop).

Can you retro fit sat nav or other upgrade to my car?

Yes- we can install various upgrades both genuine and aftermarket. Sat Nav, Bluetooth, parking sensors and reverse cameras are all available. Call us for more details.

Do you service and repair vans as well?

Yes - we service and repair all makes and models of European and non-European vans.

Do you carry out tuning and performance upgrades?

Yes - please contact us with your vehicle details and your performance needs so we can come up with the best package for you.
